You can request a return or exchange if:
You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., personal care products that have been opened).

Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
We’ll review your request and confirm approval.
If the issue is on our side (damaged, wrong, expired), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If you request a return for any other reason, you may be responsible for the return cost.
If the product is in stock, we’ll send a replacement after verifying the return.
If it’s out of stock, you can choose another item of equal value or request a refund.
Approved refunds are issued as:
Store credit, or
Bank transfer (processing time: 3–7 business days)
We’ll let you know once your refund has been processed.
