Our Promise

We want you to be confident in every order you place. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you fix it.

Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., personal care products that have been opened).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contact@ukbay.pk or WhatsApp.

  2. Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

  3. We’ll review your request and confirm approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our side (damaged, wrong, expired), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you request a return for any other reason, you may be responsible for the return cost.

Exchanges

If the product is in stock, we’ll send a replacement after verifying the return.
If it’s out of stock, you can choose another item of equal value or request a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Bank transfer (processing time: 3–7 business days)

We’ll let you know once your refund has been processed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep customers safe, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened personal care items

  • Opened food or grocery items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging
